The workshop equips the participants with the knowledge and skills to carry out a risk assessment on machinery in accordance with EN ISO 12100. The risk assessment is necessary and a fundamental aspect of machinery safety, as well as the first step towards complying with the legal regulations (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) and standards. This workshop guides you through the risk assessment process for machinery with the aid of pictures and videos - it's always interactive and practically based. The objective is to identify hazards and perform risk evaluations (degree of harm and probability of occurrence). This training also covers how to apply appropriate risk reduction measures and determine the residual risk.
