AU MachineSAFE Introduction

Objective

The MachineSAFE Introduction course provides an introduction to machinery safety legislation and standards in Australia and how to use them to make machinery safe. It includes the key points of machinery safety including methodology for risk assessments, guarding, safety principles and safety components with reference to WHS legislation and Australian Standard AS/NZS 4024.1 – 2019 Safety of Machinery.

The course is updated every year to include the latest information on machinery safety standards for Australia as well as the various state based legislation.
