From the start it needs to be understood that automation and control projects have to integrate seamlessly with other systems. The mechanical aspects of control and automation historically have been outsourced or separated from the core automation supplier. But to achieve a fully integrated solution you need a single supplier for all aspects of your automation projects.

We have a fully resourced mechanical design team who work closely with the automation, electrical and other project teams to achieve common goals. We provide a full range of mechanical design functions from equipment mountings and frames to access routes, guarding and structural elements. All engineering activities are supported by relevant documentation demonstrating compliance with all related Australian and International Standards and industry best practice. 

We work with your team to define not only the functional mechanical solutions but also cost-effective practical solutions. Through 3D modelling, rendered images and sometimes just a simple pencil and paper we bring ideas to your team for discussion and critical analysis before commencing the detailed design. Once the concepts are agreed our mechanical team will then execute a full engineering and design including
