The training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to carry out the risk assessment of machinery in accordance with ISO 12100. The risk assessment is necessary and a fundamental aspect of Machinery Safety, as well as the first step towards complying with the legal regulations (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) and standards. This training uses images and videos to guide you through the risk assessment process on machinery – it’s always interactive and practice-oriented. The objective is to identify hazards and perform risk assessments (severity of harm and probability of occurrence). This training also covers how to apply appropriate risk reduction measures and determine the residual risk.
