It’s all in the details

During the initial weeks of the cyberattack, when our computers were surrendered and connection to Germany was cut off, we still managed to ship orders and bring value to our customers.  We used personal computers, which were not affected by the attack, to create delivery notes in Microsoft Word.  We manually tracked serial numbers, tracking numbers, and shipping charges so we could enter all of the orders once the system was available to us again.  It was two full weeks of detailed, manual work, then another two weeks to catch up after the system was live again.  Proudly, we processed every request for which we had inventory in our Canton warehouse, delivering products our customers needed to complete their projects on time.
