As a machine manufacturer or operator, you are legally obliged to ensure the safety of plant, machinery and devices. Training teaches you to identify risks and avoid accidents.

We train your employees on the subjects of Machinery Safety and machine compliance requirements, such as CE marking. The training courses cover various levels up to certified training programmes.

Safe products for your machinery

Safety switches, safety locking devices and optical sensors from Pilz are used on safety gates, as well as open danger zones and access areas on machinery. Selection depends on the function’s requirements and safety level.

In combination with Pilz controllers, the result is a coordinated, complete solution, which monitors not only safety functions but also pressure and temperature, and communicates with other controllers.

To prevent unauthorised access, operators can use the Identification and Access Management System (IAM), which authenticates users according to permission levels and protects access.
