In August 2019, we performed a Risk Assessment for a large manufacturer in Wisconsin. Before the report could be finalized, we were attacked. I made the customer aware of our situation, and they were understanding and patient. We waited to see if the report could be recovered. When we found out the report could not be recovered, the customer made their equipment and personnel available to us, again, so we could come back and redo the Risk Assessment. The on-site portion of the Risk Assessment has been completed, and the report will soon be delivered to a very patient and happy customer.
