Become a master of CE Marking

CE Marking is mandatory for manufacturers working in or importing to EU countries – ensure you’re up to speed with the process by attending our specialised CE Marking training courses.

'Basis of CE & UKCA Marking' introduces delegates to the mandatory safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, for CE Marking, and Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, for UKCA Marking, respectively. Coupled with practical exercises participants can expect to walk away with a fundamental understanding of both processes.

This course is the ideal preparation for our certified qualification CECE – Certified Expert in CE Marking.

The course is next due to run on Monday 19th February.

After the training delegates will come away with a comprehensive understanding of the process, the ability to assess the conformity status of their own machines, a TÜV Nord certificate, and the right to use the title ‘Certified Expert in CE Marking.’

The course is next due to run Tuesday 20th - Wednesday 21st February.

Both these courses are CPD-accredited meaning that participants can pick up points for their personal portfolio whilst attending. Continuous Professional Development – often abbreviated to CPD - is the intentional maintenance and development of the knowledge and skills needed to perform in a professional context.

CPD hours (or points) are a way of measuring time and quality of learning. Points can be collected in a personal portfolio allowing participants to track their professional development and progression. CPD-accredited training can assist participants in honing their current skills, developing them to a new level or it could mean learning entirely new ones.
