Why do you need three passwords on the PNOZmulti Configurator?

Password protection over three levels allows graduated access:

Level 1: The password allows you to modify and save.
Level 2: The password allows you to view the program, but not modify it.
Level 3: The password allows changes to certain blocks, which may still be adapted during commissioning for example.
