Safety relay myPNOZ and myPNOZ Creator

For monitoring up to 16 safety functions, in Hannover we will be presenting the world's first modular safety relays myPNOZ. The new modular safety relay myPNOZ is produced individually in batch size 1, tailor-made to your requirements. For the first time since it was launched, you will be able to see the myPNOZ in operation at an exhibition. We will demonstrate on site how you can use the myPNOZ Creator to build a needs-based safety solution from a variety of options. No knowledge of programming required! myPNOZ: a successful blend of digitalisation and Industrie 4.0.

Flexible and robust outfield player for safety directly at the danger zone

Pilz is expanding its product portfolio for decentralised applications with the new I/O module PDP67 PN. Equipped with IP67 protection and robust die cast zinc housing, PDP67 PN sensors and actuators provide reliable monitoring in environments with extreme temperatures (-30°C to 70°C) . Due to its robust design with protection class IP67, it can be installed directly on the machine. Thanks to universal connections, which can be configured as both inputs and outputs, users need to keep only one device type in stock. That saves space in the storeroom!

Straight to the destination – Safe automation of AGVS!

On our interactive exhibition model, you can experience how an automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) is not only designed and automated safely, but can also be applied safely and above all productively in intralogistics, taking into account all the spatial and infrastructural conditions. From development of the system concept in the design phase to the optimum automation solution, through to commissioning and specific training, our experts will provide advice and support for the implementation of safe applications. As such, the requirements of ISO 3691-4 are met and productivity in operation is guaranteed.
