Due to a recent structural realignment, PILZ ANZ has created the new role of Manager of Operations & HR, leading a team of five across Customer Support, Logistics and IT.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership position sitting on the Senior Management Team and reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be the central point of coordination for operations, people, facilities and compliance, while also playing a key role in continuous improvement and strategic project delivery.
This is an ideal role for someone ready to step up into senior management, who enjoys working across all elements of a small business and has the confidence to guide, influence and improve how things are done — locally and in partnership with global colleagues.
