Consulting Manager

In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll oversee consulting operations, inspire and support a talented team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that elevate client satisfaction. Our national team is the largest and most experienced in the country, offering end-to-end machinery safety lifecycle services—from risk assessments and compliance through to installation and validation.

Your Background Might Include:

• Engineering experience with a strong knowledge of machinery safety standards (AS 4024)
• Proficiency in project scheduling, forecasting, and quoting
• Strong communication skills and a passion for stakeholder engagement
• Commercial awareness and the ability to lead teams with empathy and clarity
• A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to support others’ growth
