Pricing puzzle

One of my large customers contacted me for pricing and availability on items to start a project.  With systems down, the only way to provide their specific pricing was to look through scribbled notes that I had taken randomly over time on post it notes, notebooks, napkins, scratch paper, etc.  I found their previous discount through previous work with them and then had to look up list pricing by using one of our Authorized Distributor’s websites.  I then calculated their pricing on the items.  I reached out to our team in Canton, MI, in order to find out stock and lead times, as well as notify them of the pricing I had provided the customer.  The customer quickly placed their order. Even with limited product coming out of our production facilities, we were able to ship the products on time, keeping the customer’s project timeline intact.
