May the "safe" signal from a Pilz evaluation device be directed to a PLC (LOGO) in order to enable operations there or must there be another contact after the PLC?

As the PLC (LOGO) is a controller without safety-related properties - it can also be said that the standard PLC is "not a well-tried component" - it may not be connected downstream of the safety relay (e.g. PNOZ). In this type of circuit, the safe signal loses its reliability after the PLC.
