UK Channel Partner Manager (North)

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, we are seeking an experienced UK Channel Partner Manager (North) to join our existing effective, friendly, and supportive sales team.

The Role

Your primary goal will be to work closely, collaboratively, and effectively with our existing colleague responsible for our south-based Partner network to implement and proactively develop an effective long-term strategy (currently c£5m business unit), and work together to identify, implement and grow new Partners.

You will achieve this by building close and valued relationships with each north-based Partner to meet performance objectives, financial targets, and strategic growth. You will autonomously analyse channel partner data and requirements, closely monitor competitor activity, and identify marketing opportunities which are strategically aligned to both parties to enable continuous growth across the full Pilz portfolio.

The Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned and commercially astute sales professional with at least 3 years+ proven experience of developing successful Channel Partner strategy and successful selling through approved partners, with a track record of exceeding targets and the ability to maintain and influence relationships at multiple levels within the Channel Partner organisation. Highly desirable, but not essential, you will also have electrical/electronic industry knowledge, along with a health and safety background (ideally within machinery safety).

In addition, other activities may include planning, attending, delivering, or taking part in industry events, working groups, company meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and other corporate events as required.

The role is predominantly home-based, however national travel and time away from home will be required. The candidate will be based north of Midlands, ideally M62 corridor (Manchester/Leeds).
