PSENopt - Multi-beam safety light barrier

Multi-beam safety light barriers in the PSENopt series are available as Type 2 and Type 4 versions for body protection.

PSENopt II - The robust safety light barrier

Our PSENopt II series offers Type 3 and Type 4 safety light barriers for body protection. The Type 3 safety light barriers are specifically designed for applications up to PL d. And they've gained the UL certificate as the world's first Type 3 safety light barrier!

Safety light barriers for body protection are used predominantly in applications where a large area needs safeguarding. They enable operating ranges of up to 55 m. In combination with mirrors, it is also possible to safeguard multiple sides with just one light barrier. Combined with the right safety controller, you have optimum protection for your employees and your plant.

Pilz offers a variety of options for integration. With the safety light barriers in the PSENopt series, with integrated muting function, or with the safety light barriers PSENopt II, where the muting function can be integrated into the safe small controller PNOZmulti 2.
