We present to you one of the practical uses of our myPNOZ safety relays in the new standardized welding robotic cell "Micro Cell" of the CLOOS company.

This robotic cell allows you to easy and quick path setting of the collaborative robot without complex parameter input. Thanks to this, the robot can be operated by a person with only basic training. This will speed up production start-up, save time, reduce service requirements and reduce costs at the same time.

We are happy that this new robotic welding cell was developed in Czechia and that CLOOS decided to use our myPNOZ configurable relay to provide safety functions.

Make your own safety relay at PILZ, just like CLOOS did about myPNOZ

You can "make" this small safety relay yourself according to the safety functions you want, without having to study its technical parameters in advance. Our interactive web configurator myPNOZ Creator will create the final HW configuration for you, including all necessary documentation.
