Pilz Quality Management System in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001

Quality guidelines

External and internal influencing factors relevant to the integrated Quality Management System are subject to continuous evaluation. Relevant here are internal and external issues that influence the ability to deliver continuously high-quality products and services, in order to meet customer requirements and the applicable legal and official standards, and thereby permanently improve customer satisfaction.

The process-oriented QM system supports and scrutinises all essential operational processes. Interfaces are outlined, implementation responsibilities are controlled and tasks are defined, with their effectiveness monitored using internal audits. Based on the documented processes, together we want to ensure that our customers are supplied with the highest quality cutting-edge technology.

Continuous improvement of process performances aims to increase customer satisfaction. We strive to secure this through constant analysis of procedures and (ongoing) development of quality awareness in each of the company’s employees. Improvements suggested by employees are checked and evaluated for usability, so they can be incorporated into the company’s existing processes if the overall assessment is positive. The result is a continuous cycle of planning, action, monitoring and improvement:

  • the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act).

A forward-looking, risk-based thinking, with a considered and conscious approach to threats and opportunities, is intended to prevent undesired events from happening.
