Pilz Automation Safety Canada L.P. is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator, who is an enthusiastic, optimistic team player with a positive attitude and pays attention to details. This position reports directly to the General Manager of Pilz Canada and is based in our new office in Mississauga, ON.
Duties and Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Quotations
- Order entry
- Invoicing
- Phone inquiries
- RMA-handling
- Ongoing support for all sales staff
- Salesman samples, quotation copies etc.
- Physically receiving shipments from HQ and other suppliers
- Handling of all rush orders
- Do all shipping to customers
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Arts or similar
3+ years experience in Customer service
Proficiency in SAP
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Shipping / receiving Experience
Attention to details
Ability to learn and take directions
Must be able to carry packages/boxes of 30lbs
