Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, Engineering or a similar environment

Job Description
- Achieve or exceed the target set for the Sales Area with Profitability index
- Develop new customers
- Maintain relationship with existing customer
- Develop and implement an effective sales plan in close co-ordination with BDMs
- Build an effective channel & system partner network
- Use of CRM and tool for Business Processes
- Use tools for nurturing and developing leads
- Customer orientation
- Prepare Quotes, Demonstrate Products, Negotiate and close deals.
- Timely collection of Outstanding payments
- Understand the assigned market and develop strategies to counter competition
- Customer engagement with Marketing team for the defined marketing activities
- Working in Close co-ordination with BDMs for product / services / Industry development
- Extensive travelling
- Area Ownership for all activities pertaining to the area
