In conjunction with the hardware of the safe small controllers PNOZmulti it is possible to monitor safety functions in the field of machine protection. It’s both convenient and simple. For diagnostics you can use the OPC UA-based tools from the diagnostic solution PVIS.
Your automation projects can be managed using the web-based visualisation software PASvisu for simple configuration and optimum visualisation. That way you can achieve a convenient, comprehensive overview of your plant or machine locally and via remote access!

PNOZmulti Configurator

• Graphic tool to define all the device functions
• Access to many different safety functions (e.g. monitoring of E-STOP, two-hand, safety gates etc.)
• Hardware configuration
• Presentation of a simple circuit diagram – showing how the devices’ inputs and outputs should be connected – using predefined elements
• Circuit diagram is downloaded to the base unit
• Frequently used parts of the circuit diagram can be combined into macro elements and stored in the macro library to re-use

• Visualisation using tiles: Predefined GUI elements have all the relevant features already
• Process variables are connected via automatic filtering out in the tool
