Our Pilz-internal repair centre provides all-round customer care. Wherever in the world you or your machine may be – with us you’ll always have a local contact person. With all enquiries, they can advise when it comes to deciding whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense. 
This service can also be combined at will with services from other modules.

With the Premium and All-in Pilz Care modules we’ll process your repairs with priority and always send the repaired or replacement products by Express delivery. You’ll also benefit from many other additional individual services, such as a replacement while your own product is repaired or documented fault reports, for example.
