5th running of the expert forum for machinery safety at Motek 2022; Hall 5 - Live practical knowledge for safety and security

Also in 2022, visitors to Motek, the international exhibition for production and assembly automation (4-7 October 2022), can obtain information on the current trending automation issues in the expert forum “Safety + Automation”. In a diverse, free presentation programme, renowned experts from associations, science and industry will provide the know-how around safe automation.

The thematic focus is on the practical implementation of safety in the context of a machine retrofit, plus the changes regarding the relevant safety standards for plant and machinery. The expert forum accompanies the exhibition and will take place on the first day of the exhibition (4 October) in Hall 5.

The presentation programme provides information on the status of safety technology with regard to safety and security. To this end, the forum focuses on the changing position of the standards in terms of the new Machinery Regulation: what do the new standards mean for users, how will the legal framework change? A look to the future of safety technology completes the programme.

You can attend the presentations based on your individual interest; no need to register in advance. The detailed programme is available at www.sicherheitundautomation.de.
