Pilz's “Automation on Tour” event series takes to the road on safety & security matters in 2022 - Safe automation is going back on tour

“Proven concept, new topics” – that's the motto for Pilz's free “Automation on Tour” event series for 2022. From April, the successful “Safe automation” seminar series will be returning to machine manufacturers, design engineers, etc. in their local areas. The subject this time: key safety and security aspects when operating plant and machinery. Pilz experts will show delegates how best to overcome the safety and security challenges they face in their day-to-day work. What's more, the accompanying online format “Automation on Tour – Web compact” will regularly refresh your automation knowledge.

Pilz's successful, practical “Automation on Tour” event series is going back on tour in 2022. From April until July, as part of the “Safe automation” seminar series, automation experts will be demonstrating how plant and machinery can be even more productive thanks to the right access concept. Using practical examples, delegates can experience first-hand how modes of safe operation and selection of these modes can be implemented in compliance with the standards.
The highlight: Pilz experts will be creating a control-based safety solution live – from risk assessment through to safety concept and validation. The seminar is aimed at machine manufacturers, design engineers and safety officers, as well as company maintenance engineers and production managers. As part of the event series, Pilz will visit 35 cities throughout Germany – from Rostock to Weingarten. The second seminar series, “Safe operation of plant and machinery” will then start from September 2022.

Refresh your knowledge online
If you cannot attend in person but wish to stay up to date on automation matters, then twice a month Pilz covers a current topic in a web seminar, with the online format: “Automation on Tour – Web compact”. Here too, the focus is on high practical relevance and knowledge transfer. The content is presented in compact form, after which there is sufficient time for discussions with the experts.

Please note: Due to the current stipulations on account of the Corona virus, the tour programme may be changed at short notice.

All information on content, dates, venues and registration for the free seminar series “Safe Automation on Tour 2022” is available at www.automationontour.de.
