Revolution Pi

The Revolution Pi from Kunbus supplements our product range in the area of industrial networks. Used as an IIoT gateway, Revolution Pi sends data from the controllers of the automation system PSS 4000 and the configurable small controllers PNOZmulti to your cloud! You thus have access to your data from around the world! You can use and evaluate your data across plants in order to optimise your processes!

Revolution Pi is based on Raspberry Pi, which is established in the private field. A printed circuit board was developed especially for Revolution Pi with interfaces and connections that are suitable for industrial applications. It is therefore ready for use in industrial automation at all times. The base module RevPi Core can be wirelessly expanded using suitable digital and analogue I/O modules and communication modules depending on the requirement.

Revolution Pi can be easily integrated into the system architecture of the automation system PSS 4000 as well as the PNOZmulti and PNOZmulti 2 and thus connect automation networks to a cloud. In the process, not only the data from new plants but also that from old plants can be provided.

Depending on the required security standard, you can connect Revolution Pi on the existing network to a cloud either via a 3-layer switch or via an industrial firewall DMZ.
