Safeguarding of conveyors and material transfers

Safety solutions with different optical sensors can be used to safeguard conveyors and material transfers in intralogistics, depending on the requirement. Safety light curtains with muting ensure problem-free operation when material is supplied and removed via a conveyor.

In turn, when loading a robot cell, the safe radar system PSENradar, in conjunction with safety light curtains PSENopt and the safe small controller PNOZmulti 2, enables the robot cell. To safeguard transport systems reliably, safety laser scanners PSENscan can also be installed vertically and, in combination with the safe small controller, switch the protected fields individually, depending on the pallet.
