Experience human-robot collaboration at SPS IPC Drives!

At the exhibition from 22 - 24 November 2016 we will be showing you how to automate your robot application safely.

At SPS IPC Drives, the international exhibition for electrical automation, we will be presenting safe human-robot collaboration (HRC) in accordance with the principle of power and force limitation – without using safety fences. See our CE-certified HRC application in action on our stand!

Human-robot collaboration: Safety guaranteed!

There's no such thing as a safe robot. But there are safe human-robot applications. Interaction between man and robot demands new technologies and solution approaches: each application must be considered individually in terms of safety.

Pilz is your partner for the automation of your HRC application. Our experts provide support with a services portfolio that's tailored to the individual life cycle phases of a robot system. At SPS IPC Drives we will also be exhibiting components and systems that make your MRC applications even safer.

New collision measurement device from Pilz for validation in accordance with the standards

On our stand you'll be able to see us carrying out a collision measurement – using the collision measurement device PROBmdf, developed by Pilz. The device is used to record force and pressure, because potential collision forces must be limited in accordance with the standards ISO 10218-1, ISO 10218-2 and ISO/TS 15066. So with the PROBmdf there is no problem validating your HRC application in accordance with the standards.

Come and meet our experts in Hall 9, Stand 370. We look forward to seeing you!
