The first type 3 light grids PSENopt II
The first type 3 light grids PSENopt II are designed for category PL d applications in accordance with IEC/EN 61496. They provide safety for finger and hand protection. Thanks to the absence of dead zones, PSENopt II can be installed with flexibility. With a shock resistance of 50 g, the light grids are extremely robust and so are ideally suitable for a rugged industrial environment.
Operators can use the LEDs to evaluate the causes of a machine stop plus any system defects. As a result, downtimes are minimised. In conjunction with control technology from Pilz, PSENopt II provide a a complete solution that's safe and economical for your plant. They can be connected directly to PDP67 using the 5-pin connector. Compatible assembly guides enable fast, simple installation.
