Highest priority: Safety of customers, employees and business partners

The safety of employees, customers and business partners is of highest priority in the current situation. Customer care continues to be guaranteed via telephone and videoconferences and by our Customer Support. As of now, the most important Pilz Academy trainings will be offered as webinars. We also work on other means of informing about our exhibition highlights. Now as then, our customers are supplied at the best possible rate.

Webinars instead on on-site trainings

In many countries the upcoming dates of our classroom and in-house trainings were postponed as a precaution. If your training is affected by this, you were either informed already, or you will be personally informed about this shortly.

As of now, we offer the most popular trainings of our portfolio as webinars. The training content is identical with our classroom training content. To teach complex topics easily and quickly they are grouped into compact modules. As a participant, you can contribute actively during the online training, e.g. in exercises or Q&A sessions. Of course, each participant will receive a relevant certificate when participating in all the sessions of a training. In the Training section of our web site you can find further information on the offer in your country. The range of webinars is adapted to the customer requirements also in the short-term, therefore you always obtain the most up-to-date information on topics and times also directly with the contact data below.

Exhibitions and events by other means

Exhibitions and events have to be postponed or cancelled completely due to the increasingly critical situation of the Covid-19 pandemic. The safety and health of our employees, customers and visitors also has the highest priority to us. We currently work on a solution to be able to present our exhibition highlights and innovations online. Our online exhibition visitors can look forward to a varied conference program with specialist lectures and the option to exchange ideas in the forum directly with our experts. We want to offer journalists and editors the option to receive comprehensive information about specialist topics and corporate issues in our virtual “Pilz Press Area”.

Pilz supply chain continues to be safe

To continue to best supply our customers, our factories worldwide are exchanging experiences to react flexibly to any demand. Should there be any bottlenecks, we will inform you early about alternative products.

We apologise for any inconvenience. With these measures, we want to contribute to the protection of all. Keep well and fit!
