Objective
Using PAScal, the Performance Level (EN ISO 13849-1) and Safety Integrity Level (EN 62061) of various safety functions can be simply and quickly calculated and the results evaluated to aid the efficiency of the process.
The aim of the course is to enable delegates to develop a practical understanding of the use of PAScal software to design, evaluate and verify safety functions on machines. The course also takes account of the new PAScal version 1.7.0 that supports the VDMA 66413 library format.

Delegates to bring their own laptops if possible, allowing the free version of the software to be loaded and to fully participate in the exercises.
