- Call up the error stack in the PNOZmulti Configurator; an online connection is needed.
- Using the right mouse button in the error text field, select all under the "Display" menu
- Then, under "Save", define the path and file name, ...
- ... save and email it to Technical Support (support@pilz.com).
The file *.mperr can be displayed using any text editor (e.g. Windows text editor).
