Is it correct to say that there is no need to take any additional safety measures against pinching if the lifting speed of a manually operated box lifter is low?

Is it correct to say that there is no need to take any additional safety measures (safety fence, light grid, pressure sensitive edge) against crushing by a downward or upward moving load if the lifting speed of a manually operated box lifter is low (limit value 2m/min)? Is there a relevant C standard (e.g. DIN 1570 for lifting tables)?

Generally a risk assessment must be produced for the lifting device. The lifting device must be built and safeguarded based on this risk assessment.

If the lifting device falls under the requirements of EN 1570-1, then this standard should be applied.
