H1 via TCP/IP

ISO Transport Service on the top of the TCP

With this type of communication, H1 telegrams are incorporated into a TCP/IP telegram for transport. This form of communication is standardised in RFC1006.
Port 102 is always used for communication in accordance with RFC 1006. The connection assignment is made via "TSAP".
