PAS4000 Release 1.17

the most important changes at a glance

Protection against unallowed or coincidentally abuse
The user management is used to create and manage users. The permissions to execute offline actions can be defined for each user and group. The user management offers “protection against unallowed or coincidentally abuse” and realizes Security Level 1 according to IEC 62443. It replaces the failsafe login and the project protection.

Protection of know-how
From now on you are able to link device projects to SD cards. This function is used to ensure that a project is not copied from one SD card to another and thereby being multiplied.

Multi programming project comparison
The export of the failsafe comparison now includes the differences of multi programs.
