New version light curtains PSENopt II with body protection - Safety from tip to toe
With a protected field height of up to 1500 mm, light curtains PSENopt II, in addition to finger and hand protection, are now suitable for body protection up to the highest safety category PL e.
Thanks to their shock resistance of 50 g, PSENopt II are extremely robust with regard to shocks, vibrations and collisions. This ensures the availability of the machine even in rugged industrial environments. The light curtains with body resolution are suitable for ranges of up to 55 m and they safeguard the access to robot cells, packaging machines or presses, for example.
Flexible within the space
Users are free in the physical arrangement of the light curtains. Thanks to the coding, the light curtains do not interfere with each other, even in close proximity. This is particularly true if the transmitter of the first pair of light curtains emits beams in the direction of the receiver of the second pair of light curtains. In this case, the light curtain pairs can be configured with different beam codes. The coding is integrated into all PSENopt II light curtains.
Accessories for more functionality
In order to secure several sides of a hazardous area, the light curtains can be combined with our new PSENopt II mirror columns. Up to three sides of a hazardous area can be monitored with just one pair of light curtains and two mirror columns.
In conjunction with the configurable control system PNOZmulti 2 Pilz offers an economical solution from one source.
