On the subject of safety, we can provide training on the integration of robot systems.
On the subject of safety, we can provide training on the integration of robot systems - to meet your individual requirements.

Intelligent, programmable robots play a very important role within automated production lines and machinery. Robots are used on account of their high reliability and productivity. In our training courses you will work on all safety-related issues covering the integration of robot systems.

Interaction between various players

In principle there are many players involved in the safe integration of robots: Manufacturers, robot suppliers, safeguards and electrical components plus safety integrators, who combine all the subcomponents into one assembly (machine).

Standards for the safe operation of industrial robots

Key standards, including the American standard ANSI / RIA R15.06-1999, ISO 10218-1 and the new ISO 10218-2, contain minimum requirements for the safe operation of these industrial robots. The latter of these are harmonised. As a result there is presumption of conformity with regard to the Machinery Directive, whereby compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive is assumed.

Customised training courses prepare you for robot safety

The intelligent integration of safety when incorporating robot systems is vitally important for efficient production. That's why training on this issue is highly relevant. We'll make sure you're ready for robot safety!

We are happy to advise you about our training courses, which we can adapt to meet your individual needs!
