Manipulation protection and guard locking
The new safety bolt in the PSENbolt product range provides safe guard locking and maximum manipulation protection in one bolt. That's because PSENbolt is used in conjunction with the coded and mechanical safety switches PSENcode and PSENmech, so you can achieve the highest category up to PL e of EN ISO 13849-1 / SIL CL 3 of EN/IEC 62061.
Cost-optimised 3-in-1 solution
PSENbolt consists of a safety switch, handle and bolt – the 3-in-1 solution for high-usage safety gates. Safe guard locking prevents the safety gate being opened unintentionally. High plant availability is achieved thanks to the particularly robust material used for the safety bolt.
Additional benefits of the safety bolt PSENbolt are:
- Attachment of the safety bolt is flexible thanks to the selectable door hinge design
- Suitable in cramped conditions due to the compact dimensions
- Padlock provides additional protection against unauthorised opening and closing
