This is how it works:

1. You call our international technical hotline (+49 711 3409-444)
2. The Pilz engineer is briefly introduced to the project
3. Connection test is performed by connecting to your computer
4. "Step by step" solution on your screen
 

Technical requirements:

  • Internet access via DSL
  • Analogue or ISDN modem
     

 

Availability of "Remote Support":

  • Germany: Mo-Fr, 8 am - 4 pm CET
  • Languages: German and English.
