Use the PSEN sensor technology for your various requirements: whether positions, safety gates or electrosensitive protective equipment. Based on various technologies such as RFID or camera-based, the signals are safely recorded and forwarded. In combination with the safe control technology from Pilz particularly economical complete solutions are achieved thanks to series connection or networking via decentralised modules.
Control technology at SPS IPC Drives 2013
The configurable PNOZmulti control systems captivate thanks to simple-to-use software, detailed diagnostic options and a high variety of modules. A connection to various fieldbus systems offers the highest degree of flexibility. The new link modules for PNOZmulti 2 enable a connection of the decentralised modules PDP67 and a safe communication of several base units with one another - and thus the implementation of large plants.
In the automation system PSS 4000 the control systems PSSuniversal PLC now also communicate via Ethernet/IP, CANopen and EtherCAT networks. They can be used as a PLC control system or as a decentralised periphery system for standard and safety.
Drive technology at SPS IPC Drives 2013
Pilz Motion Control PMC provides overall and energy-efficient solutions for your machine automation. Pilz drive technology is embedded into the relevant system environment - whether a new structure or a retrofit - and open for a variety of interfaces and functionalities. We provide advice here from risk assessment to drive configuration, hardware and software design through to commissioning.
Diagnostics and visualisation at SPS IPC Drives 2013
At SPS IPC Drives Pilz is introducing the complete 5th generation of PMI operator terminals.
